Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy
Return Policy
You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, for any reason including a change of mind. After 30 days from the date of delivery, all purchases are deemed satisfactory and no returns will be accepted.
All parts to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been modified, altered, or tampered with. The product cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation, as we are not responsible for installation errors. If parts are proven faulty, our maximum liability is to refund the price of the product. We are not responsible for any labor or towing expenses.
Return Procedure
Initiate the return request through our self-service return process on our website. Select your order, provide the invoice number, select the part number you wish to return, and provide a detailed reason for the return.
Your return request will be processed within 3 business days. If approved, you will receive confirmation and further instructions via email.
Note: No returns will be accepted without prior online authorization.
All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. Ensure all return orders are packaged properly to prevent damage during transit; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packing.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for all reasons, including changing your mind, purchasing the wrong item, warranty claims, item quality issues, or damage in transit.
LSI Auto Parts will be responsible for return shipping costs only if we pack and send an incorrect item as per your order.
Product Damaged in Transit
Upon receiving your order, our warehouse team inspects and packages the product to prevent shipping damage. If you receive a damaged part, do not attempt to fix it. Contact our office immediately to arrange the return of the product to us at your expense.
Restocking Fees
LSI Auto Parts reserves the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
Refunds
Refunds for returns are normally processed and credited within 7 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse for standard items. The refund is for the cost of the purchased product only and does not cover any postage costs. For clutch kits, alternators, starter motors, and radiators, the process may take up to 30 days. Once we receive the part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval if it's under warranty claims. We will contact you immediately when the manufacturer approves the return and replacement.
Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your nominated account. You will receive a "credit approved" email the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4–7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please email our returns department, and we will respond to you promptly.
